Below is a short list of what to upload for best results.
1 The image should have a single colored background. Flatbed scanners do a good job. This Mickey Mantle card is a good example.
2 Only raw cards.
3 The image should be of a 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 inch card. And very soon, any size including Pokemon size will work.
